Thank you for shopping with Sleepy Bonez! We're so sorry that a product you ordered wasn't as dreamy as you expected. Please review the below information regarding our Return Policy.
Sleepy Bonez Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item was delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that we are unable to process returns for the following product types or purchase conditions:
Product Types
For the health and safety of our shoppers, we are unable to accept the returns of:
- Edible/perishable goods (such as food, beverages, supplements, etc.)
- Personal hygiene items (such as oils, lotions, feminine products, bath flakes, and other beauty care items)
- Herbal cigarettes or products containing alcohol
- Gift cards
Purchase Condition
- Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
- If the buyer cannot produce a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns
To process a return, please contact us at hello@sleepybonez.com and let us know what product(s) you want to return and why you are returning them. If your item(s) meet the qualifications for a return (are in the same condition as you received it and are not listed above in the product type or purchase condition categories), then we will initiate a return. You will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label to print and return the item(s) back to us utilizing the shipping carrier indicated on the label. Please note that customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipments.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving an approval from our team will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Items returned in unacceptable condition may result in a refusal of a refund or a partial refund minus the cost of the pre-paid shipping label. If approved for a full refund, you’ll be refunded for the total amount of the item(s) with applicable tax, minus the cost for the pre-paid shipping label. Your refund amount will be applied back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@sleepybonez.com.
Sale Items
Please note that we can return items that were on sale (not marked "final sale" or "clearance"). However, products that were purchased on sale that are being returned after a sale has expired will be returned at the price you paid, with tax, not for the full price of the product.
Delayed, Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
If you have received a confirmation email with your tracking number from us, but your package is significantly delayed, your package may be lost. Sleepy Bonez is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to create a claim and work with their customer service team for a resolution. Your shipping carrier information should be listed along with your tracking number. If for any reason you cannot find that information, please reach out to us.
Sleepy Bonez is not responsible for stolen shipments. Should you receive a notification that your package was delivered but you cannot locate the package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to create a stolen package claim and work with their customer service team for a resolution. Should you receive a package that is damaged, please contact us at hello@sleepybonez.com with a description of the situation and photos documenting the package condition as well as the damaged items, so we may assist with remediating the issue with the shipping carrier.
Wrong Items
If you received a different item than what was originally indicated on your order, please contact us immediately at hello@sleepybonez.com with a photo of the item received so that we can make it right.
Exchanges
If the item you received isn’t exactly what you needed, the best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that products in this scenario must meet the purchase conditions and not fall under a non-returnable product type, as outlined above.
Changes or Cancellations
You may request to modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. In order to request a change or cancellation, please email us at hello@sleepybonez.com and include:
- Your order number
- Your request of a change or cancellation
- The reason
Please note that after 12 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and therefore, no longer eligible to be changed or cancelled.
