Discounts and Sales
Once in the check-out portal, you will review your cart and input your shipping address. Once you get to the payment section, you will see a breakdown of the total order value, taxes and shipping charge (if applicable). You will then be able to add your discount code to the coupon box.
Products
Sleepy Bonez carefully sources products from wholesale retailers with two intentions – to bring customers like you quality sleep products as sustainably as possible. These products may be fair trade, minimal plastic or plastic-free, organic, small batch, etc. Vendors are vetted and then categorized with sustainable attributes or specific values. Please note that the product information such as ingredients and categorizations, have been provided by the vendors themselves and Sleepy Bonez does not assume responsibility for false claims.
If the initial order you placed met the $88.00 minimum threshold for free standard shipping but part of your order was canceled by Sleepy Bonez due to an item being out of stock, the order will still ship to you for free.
Payments and Billing
Sleepy Bonez is powered by Shopify and utilizes Shopify Payments, enabling us to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Apply Pay, Google Pay and more. This payment processing is secure, PCI-compliant and encrypted.
Orders
Shortly after your order has been placed, you should receive an email with your order confirmation, order details and tracking number. If you do not receive this information, please reach out to us at hello@sleepybonez.com.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified.
Fulfilment
Fulfilling customer orders is an absolute priority and Sleepy Bonez aims to ship out orders as soon as possible. However, since Sleepy Bonez is a start-up, shipments may take 1 - 5 business days to be fulfilled.
Shipping
Sleepy Bonez aims to fulfill orders as soon as possible, however, it can take up to 1 – 5 business days for the order to be fulfilled. Once fulfilled and shipped, your package may arrive between 1 – 8 business days. This depends on where the package is being delivered to, in comparison to the shipping origin (Mercer, WI) and whether any federal holidays impact the package delivery.
Yes, Sleepy Bonez offers free ground shipping for all U.S. orders over $88.00, not including tax.
No. We know that may not be what you wanted to read, especially when there are e-commerce giants offering same or next day deliveries. As much as we would like to be able to instantaneously teleport your purchases to you for immediate sleepy-time relief, expedited shipping is not an environmentally friendly service.
Shipping rates will vary for each transaction, based on the weight of the package, the dimensions of the package and the distance a package must travel to a customer’s shipping address from Sleepy Bonez HQ. However, please note that customers will receive free ground shipping for any U.S. order that meets the minimum value of $88.00, not including tax.
At this time, Sleepy Bonez is not able to fulfill international orders. Please know that we aren’t snoozing on you though! One of our long-term goals is to be able to offer internationally shipping and hope that we will be able to accomplish this goal within the next couple of years. In the meantime, if you are a prospective international customer, please email us at hello@sleepybonez.com to be notified when we are able to fulfil international orders!
Tracking
After your package has shipped, you should have received an email notifying you of the shipment, the shipping carrier used and a tracking number. If you did not receive an order confirmation or tracking number, please email us at hello@sleepybonez.com. Depending on the carrier used, you can track your packages on carrier websites.
Returns & Refunds
Sleepy Bonez is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. If your package is lost, please reach out to the shipping carrier used in order to place a claim and work with their customer service team for a resolution.
We’re sorry a product you ordered wasn’t as dreamy as you expected! You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging (excluding food, beverages, supplements, underwear and final sale items) within 30 days of original purchase. Please reach out to us at hello@sleepybonez.com to initiate a return, or you may do so through our website.
Sleepy Bonez will provide a pre-paid label for you to print out. Please attach the label to the outside of your box or bag and take it to the shipping carrier as indicated on the label. Once the product has been received (in similar conditions as it was sent out), then the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total cost of the order and a refund will be issued via the mode of original payment.
As a small business, we cannot support free returns like other retailers which means that customers are fully responsible for paying for the shipping fees associated with the return of unwanted items.
A return shipping label will be sent to the customer within 1 – 3 business days from initial customer outreach. Once we have received your returned items, we will then process that return in an addition 1 – 3 business days. Please note that refunds may take longer to show up on your bank/credit card statements, depending on the speed in which they are able to process the transaction.
All items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
Original shipping charges are not refunded when returning items, if incurred. Additionally, customers will incur an additional charge to return any unwanted items.
Sustainability
The planet is literally on reaching a boiling point - its on fire, flooding, quaking and more like never before. We recognize that starting our business isn't the most sustainable when considering consumerism, packaging and shipping, however, we aim to operate the business with as little ecological footprint as we can. Overtime, our hope is to carbon offset and give back to organizations that prioritize the planet.
In the meantime, we will source from vendors who prioritize the planet so that we can offer products that align with your values. We will package your orders with recycled kraft paper and kraft tape, use thermal labels and algae ink, as well as boxes that are made from recycled cardboard. We reuse packing paper when possible from our vendors and recycle what we aren't able to reuse.
We know our processes may not be perfect, especially to start, but our hope is that as we grow, we will continue to learn and improve our sustainability efforts over time. We're excited your here, joining us for the ride!
